‍We maintain a remote server that provides a common information point, to facilitate communication between office and tech.Its task is to provide the office-end of communication with the tech (it’s the “messenger,” in other words, that shuttles information back and forth, between your techs and ServiceDesk in your office). Either device requires at least an occasional internet connection. There are two versions: one for Windows (this version is sometimes referenced as “SDM-w” it requires full Windows, as opposed to a “pretend” Windows like Windows-RT), and one for iPads or iPhones (this version is sometimes referenced as “SDM-i”).
